1. Listing Accuracy & Verification
Owners and agencies are responsible for providing authentic property details, Lalpurja ownership authenticity, road widths, and asking prices. Advertised prices represent asking prices and are subject to mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
2. Platform Verification Disclaimer
Platform verification indicates that our field agents have checked physical existence, road width, and owner identity. It does not constitute a substitute for legal title search by a licensed advocate before land deed registry (Rajinama) at the Land Revenue Office (Malpot Karyalaya).
